Edo Guidotti has been working in the entertainment industry since the age of five and his talents to say the least are vast.  Having a background centered in, and around production, it was natural to transition from musician, to producing music for stage-shows and then raising the bar to full-scale show producer.  Honing his skills along the way as a first rate composer, arranger and recording engineer, combined with having access to the top studio musicians and vocalists in Los Angeles has been an invaluable part of The Shores' entire package.  

Above all, Edo's ability to visualize an idea from start to finish and convey that to his creative team consistently delivers awe-inspiring results.

Shelly Guidotti

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT // LYRICIST/COPYWRITER

Shelly is not new to the world of creative production. She has worked in a creative environment most of her life as both a singer and songwriter. Joining The Shores has afforded her the ability to expand her opportunities through writing original theme song openers for stage shows, video/audio productions and radio jingles as well as copy for scripts.

Her original country/pop single debuted on the Cash Box Top 50 and she is also the author of several published short stories. 
 

Qiaoyi Wei

AUDIO ENGINEER // PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Originally from China, Qiaoyi, pronounced "chow-ee", came to the U.S. to complete her Masters degree in Material Science and Engineering from University of Pittsburgh, specializing in material used for audio devices.

​Qiaoyi brings to our production team a wonderful blend of creativity, culture, and studio engineering skills. She is good at sound editing on a variety of DAWs. And her talent on recording engineering is impressing.

Her technical knowledge, along with her strong background as a pianist and singer, give her many strengths in this position. 

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT // MUSIC LIBRARIAN

Ciera is a wonderful addition to the The Shores team offering a unique combination of talents.
 
In addition to a degree in psychology, her communications skills are impeccable and she brings a plethora of natural creative talent to the table.  Some of her skills include video content design & editing, photography, graphic design, stage show development and website creation.
 
She also has a solid background in music and along with her technical abilities makes her perfect for the role of Production Assistant and Music Librarian.
